A Fresh Approach To Family Law

Thursday, 26 June 2008
Our Family Law specialist firm will open in Southport on 1st July 2008 bringing a fresh approach to the delivery of Family Law and Relationship legal services to Queensland. With a demonstrated commitment to the resolution of disputes outside the Court system where possible and to the strongest possible representation in the Court setting where a negotiated outcome is not an option, we will provide to our clients the best possible combination of skills, experience and core values of integrity, trust and equality.

Our director, Cassandra Pullos has been a leader in the emerging area of collaborative law and instrumental in bringing this method of dispute resolution to Australia. She is the foundation president of Queensland Collaborative Law, an organisation established for the purpose of educating both professionals and clients about the Collaborative process and she is a foundation committee member at a national level of the Law Council of Australia’s Collaborative Law subcommittee.

Cassandra’s personal dedication to the successful introduction to this innovation in dispute resolution reflects her commitment to openness to fresh ideas and approaches in all areas of representation Cassandra Pullos Lawyers provides to their clients.
Clients from all over Queensland, as well as from interstate and overseas have benefited from the expertise available from our specialist Family Law, Defacto and Relationship Law team over a period of over 23 years.

We will continue to service clients from diverse areas of Australia and overseas by the use of the latest technology which makes the physical distance from your lawyer much less important than the expert advice on offer.
