Family Lawyer 5 years PAE
We are looking to employ an experienced family lawyer to join our growing and dynamic family law team. The ideal candidate will have no less than 5 years prior experience in the practice of family law and must be able to demonstrate a capacity to work unsupervised and to provide the level of service, advice and expertise to the clients of this firm in accordance with the firm’s core values of integrity, trust and equality.
Accredited Specialists should apply as should applicants either currently sitting the Accredited Specialist exams or with the capacity to sit those exams when next offered by the Queensland Law Society.
As a member of the family law team at Cassandra Pullos Lawyers you will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of alternate dispute resolution, including the latest practice of collaborative law, as well as the opportunity to involve yourself in family law litigation in all areas of family law and at all levels of complexity including international and large property pool matters.
You will need to demonstrate the capacity to work as part of a team and to assist clients wherever possible in achieving a deep and lasting resolution to areas of relationship breakdown, conflict and future planning.
